After sitting out all of last season with a torn ACL, Matt Pankratz's college season this year will likely resemble a doublemint gum commercial, in which he will attempt to fit all of the scoring, blocking and partying of 2 seasons of college Ultimate into 1. However, realistically speaking, two important differences between Mr. Pankratz's life and a gum commercial will probably be far more doughnuts and far fewer hot doublemint twins. When he's not on the field he'll be locked in the lab doing ground breaking research on stem cells, trying to coax them to grow into neurons, glia and a 6th year of college eligibility.
